How Green Is My Kitchen.com

The Journal of Green Cuisine is an open discussion regarding sustainable kitchen practices to help reduce atmosheric carbon.

Our mission is to provide current and thoughtful news regarding valid research relating to energy saving equipment and behavior applicable to food production, preparation, storage and transportation and to analytically investigate practical methods and equipment with respect to total energy costs, carbonfootprint, practicality, payback and health benefits. We feel that a great deal of relevant, readily available information is often more ideological than analytical and tends to ignore essential cost / benefit relationships. These failures make the path to atmospheric carbon reduction a haphazard wandering determined by random chance and emotional proclivities. The route defined by cost / benefit relasionships however, provides an ordered structure of quantifiable criteria.
